It's not always available but when you can, choose organic products because these are required to be free of GMOs. Organic foods are produced virtually without pesticides. This is especially important for women who are breastfeeding.
Organic products typically have less ingredients in them, especially toxic ones like: tert-Butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), artificial sweeteners (saccharin, neotame, sucralose, aspartame), food dyes, etc.
Yes buying organic costs more, but what value do you put on your life's health? Or that doctor visit? Or your child's health?
